To allow you to experience the full potential of your Planet Connect service, your installation month will be at the highest package speed available in your area. The speed will be adjusted on the 1st day of the next month to the plan you have chosen and the monthly fee for that plan will also be due. All plan payments are due the 1st of each month (a late payment fee of $5.00 is added for payments received after the 14th day of the month).
